   The start · 2015

   Nasser Abdullatif AlTaher and Abdulrahman Hamed AlKhanfar began working together in 2015, when practice in Kuwait’s courts brought them together and they shared case files, hours of preparation and courtrooms. Over years of working side by side, they found that what joined them went beyond professional fellowship to a single vision of advocacy, built on mastery, integrity and a sincere commitment to the client’s interests.

   Two kinds of expertise

   Experience proved that their expertise is complementary. While Nasser AlTaher went deep into commercial law, bankruptcy law, preventive settlements and labour law, Abdulrahman AlKhanfar specialised in criminal and civil law and corporate crime. That complementarity showed in major cases they worked on together, each taking the side closest to his specialism within one strategy, achieving results for their clients that a single effort could not have reached.

   The partnership

   From that mutual trust and shared experience, they decided to turn their path into an equal partnership and together founded the firm of Nasser AlTaher and Abdulrahman AlKhanfar, Attorneys and Legal Consultants, to give their clients a complete legal service that combines depth and range of specialism, under one roof and in the spirit of one team.
